In the event of an incident involving MBC rowers or people using MBC's facilities, the incident must be reported in two places:
1. The incident must be recorded on the GB Rowing / ARA' s online reporting facility. It can be found by going to www.britishrowing.org where at top left you will find "Online Services". There you will find "Incident Reporting".
2. The incident must also be recorded in MBC's own Incident Book, which can be found in the gym.
Incidents involving Juniors must be reported by an adult: either the supervising coach or an otherwise responsible adult witness. The name of the coach responsible for the junior crew/s must in any event be included.
Reports should also include a short but accurate description of the incident with all salient details, and must include the names of the
boats/vessels involved and at least one crew member name from each boat.
A notice to this effect will also be prominently displayed on the boat bay doors and in the gym.
