Clubhouse Hire

Print PDF

Our traditional Hall is a fantastic venue for hire, hosting wedding receptions or parties that overlooks the peaceful Thames.  Widely adaptable to suit your needs, your event will be one to remember.

The Hall is a first floor clubroom and bar, an additional eating or dancing area adjacent, and a large open terrace overlooking the river where particularly on summer evenings your guests can stroll about and talk, drink.

The clubroom can seat about eighty comfortably, or hold about one hundred and seventy – but these numbers can be increased by having a marquee on part of or all of the upper floor terrace.

You do not need to be a member to book the club, but, regrettably, please note that we will no longer take bookings for 21st and younger birthday parties.

Rates (including VAT)
Evening Hire £425
Full Wedding Reception £625

We can help with recommending a caterer, music, marquee or you can arrange your own. You must however use our bar, and you will find the prices are reasonable as you will see from our function list.

To check availability:

For initial enquiries about availability please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , giving the date you have in mind, the type of function, and your contact number and we will get in touch.

Have a look at our booking conditions to see what is included .. and check our wine list.
