Happy Birthday Dickie!

We celebrate today the 90th birthday of Dick Knight, Past President and friend to all members of Molesey B.C. for about 70 years!

He has had a stellar rowing career ----- winning the HOR race 1957 - 62, Grand VIII, Stewards, Wyfold and Prince Phillip at Henley;  and represented G.B. and England in Olympics(Rome), Empire and Commonwealth Games, and European Championships.

He was appointed MBE in 2015. Yet he still abhors dust and leaves on the Boathouse floor, picks up a broom, and does something about it!

Let us raise a glass. "Here's to you Dick. Well Done and many Happy Returns".
